• 24 hours notice is required when cancelling your appointment or the Gift Voucher will be forfeited.
• Gift Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or products and are Non-Refundable.
• Health Fund claiming is not available with Gift Vouchers.
• If the value of Gift Voucher exceeds the value of the appointment, a credit will be applied to your clinic client account. If the value of the Gift Voucher doesn’t meet the value of the appointment, a gap of the difference will need to be paid by cash, debit or credit card when the Gift Voucher is redeemed.
• Not valid with other offers or discounts.
• A service fee of 3.49% will be applied for all vouchers purchased online.
